My Iron Chains

 Some sounds are heard

When silence speaks

Rest all are noises to be unseen

Some roads are measured not in distance

But by the gap they create

Between you and your mansion

The mansion you get from life

Not the one you create

The mansion you crave whole life

Not the one you pave

Some waters are measured in the depth

Not of theirs but of yours

And yet doesn’t matter how deep you get

For some lights are casted to go beyond everything

And some fires are ignited which doesn’t last beyond a thing

Some people you meet, you never pass by

You pass by someone everyday, never you meet

I glaze the nights, looking for answers

I embrace my faith, my fate, my people

Waiting for acceptance

I breathe, I blaze….

For the irons I melted, have been casted as my chains

And my art on the wall, is marked as someone’s stains
